April 2025, Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Sulawesi Tengah Province will be 2.97 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Luwuk at 4.96 percent.

The year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation rate in Sulawesi Tengah at April 2025 was 2.97 percent, with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 110.17. The highest inflation was seen in Luwuk at 4.96 percent with a CPI of 111.71, while the lowest was in Morowali Regency at 1.63 percent with a CPI of 110.15.

Inflation occurred as the prices increased, as indicated by the rise in most expenditure groups indices, namely: Food, Beverages, and Tobacco Group of 4.97 percent; Clothing and Footwear Group of 0.92 percent; Housing, Water, Electricity, and Household Fuel Group of 1.03 percent; Furnishings, Household Equipment and Routine Household Maintenance Group of 0.79 percent; Health Group of 2.68 percent; Transport Group of 0.62 percent; Recreation, Sport, and Culture Group of 2.14 percent; Education Group of 4.24 percent; Food and Beverage Serving Services/Restaurant Group of 3.39 percent; and Personal Care and Other Services Group of 8.72 percent. Meanwhile, the Information, Communication, and Financial Services Group recorded a deflation at 0.30 percent.

The month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation rate was 1.12 percent and the year-to-date (y-to-d) rate was 2.81 percent in April 2025.
