Analysis of the Latest Issues in Sulawesi Tengah Province 2024

Analysis of Current Issues in Sulawesi Tengah is a publication that presents analysis of the results of the BPS Census/Survey which is equipped with various latest supporting data. Every year, this publication will continue to explore important issues of concern to the government, by juxtaposing various phenomena, data or facts from various points of view to enrich its analysis. There are 2 (two) themes in the Analysis of Current Issues of Sulawesi Tengah 2024. Theme I discusses sustainable economic development in the fisheries sector and Theme II discusses sustainable economic development in the food crop (rice/rice) subsector. It is hoped that these two themes can provide information that explains or complements the discussion of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to the sustainable use of marine resources for economic growth, improving livelihoods, tourism destinations, while maintaining the health of marine ecosystems. Meanwhile, the second theme will be related to food security and encouraging sustainable agriculture (increasing food production, agricultural productivity and rural income), empowering small farmers and ending rural poverty.
