Abstract

The Analysis of Current Issues Socio-Economic Portraits and Economic Recovery of Sulawesi Tengah During the 2021 Covid-19 Pandemic which presents a discussion of several themes that occurred during 2021 and have the potential to develop in the coming year. This publication addresses three themes.
The first theme is entitled People's Economy Investment. This theme is motivated by an inclusive economy, namely high economic growth that must touch the people's economy. Almost half of the people of Sulawesi Tengah work in the agricultural sector. Investment support and signals of aggressive economic growth in the agricultural sector will boost the people's economy.
The second theme is entitled Price Stability and Farmers' Purchasing Power. This theme is still inseparable from the Covid-19 Pandemic (Coronavirus Disease), where price fluctuations need to be maintained so that food prices are relatively stable. The price is not too expensive so that it is still affordable by the community and not too cheap so that it still benefits farmers.
The third theme is entitled Saving People from Poverty and Unemployment. This theme was chosen because without the Covid-19 pandemic, poverty and unemployment are still the nation's main problems. Likewise in Sulawesi Tengah Province, it is not difficult to find poor and unemployed people around us. The Covid-19 pandemic emphasizes the current conditions of poverty and unemployment, and the extent to which the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) has been able to reduce the impact of Covid-19 on the poor and the workforce. The Covid-19 pandemic is driving poverty and unemployment alleviation in a different way in the future.
