Abstract

• Luas panen padi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah periode Januari–September 2018 sebesar 146,12 ribu hektar. Dengan memperhitungkan potensi sampai Desember 2018, maka luas panen tahun 2018 adalah 204,16 ribu hektar.
• Produksi padi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah periode Januari–September 2018 sebesar 0,69 juta ton Gabah Kering Giling (GKG). Berdasarkan potensi produksi sampai Desember 2018, maka diperkirakan total produksi padi tahun 2018 sebesar 0,95 juta ton GKG.
• Jika produksi padi dikonversikan menjadi beras dengan menggunakan angka konversi GKG ke beras tahun 2018, maka produksi padi tersebut setara dengan 0,56 juta ton beras.
